Floor Plan Loan Agreement

Land use planning is offered by many types of lenders, large and small. Specialized finance companies play an important role in providing credit to traders for the purchase of inventory. The Guarantor hereby guarantees an absolute and unconditional guarantee: (a) the immediate payment of all financial obligations of any kind that the debtor is liable to the companies (“monetary obligations”), whether under the agreements referred to in the first CLAUSE or other agreements or instruments (together “agreements”), as soon as such monetary obligations are due under such agreements; and (b) the full and timely performance of any other obligations of the debtor arising from the agreements (“non-monetary obligations”); for which the guarantor is jointly and severally liable with the debtor of such monetary and non-monetary obligations (jointly “liabilities”). The Guarantor expressly acknowledges that this warranty applies not only to agreements entered into at the time of this Agreement, but also to all additional agreements and any modifications, as well as to schedules and other supplements to agreements entered into prior to the termination of this Warranty.
